We're looking for the right person to join our small team to give our customers the love and attention they deserve and keep the team on track as we continue to grow.

You'll be the responsible for the smooth running of Rather Inventive, which includes the team, our workshops, website and marketing projects, day to day accounts and customer happiness etc.

Our ideal person is fundamentally nice, has a passion for customer service, continuous improvement and organising! A proven and clear communicator who is happy and able to use a variety of methods such as phone, SMS, email, Twitter, Skype video, live chat and in person visits with customers, staff, the team and contractors to keep everything running perfectly. Who appreciates web technology and doesn't mind working with a few geeks!

The beauty of this position is the scope to make it your own. Starting hours are 10 per week (opportunity for more), so if you're a parent, a carer or a student this could be the opportunity you've been searching for! You'll be reliable, take ownership of the role and develop it, us and our business.

So in addition to becoming part of the team, you will be home based in the West Midlands and due to the nature of our business and 'cloud-based' tools you could work from anywhere with an internet connection. We're offering £4,800 (includes taxes and 5% pension contribution) and bonus share after 1 year.
