Great to see our handy work in Issue 1 of the Crossroads Care newsletter. It's also nice to see a simple article explaining what the website can provide rather than just an easy to miss link.

Crossroads (Salford, Trafford and Stockport) is a registered charity which provides practical and emotional support to Carers who are responsible for the care of children, young adults, adults or older people at home, who have a physical/sensory disability, learning difficulty or who are chronically ill and have life limiting illnesses.
